Salmon Fettuccini

INGREDIENTS
Fettuccine
1 cup of cream (can be low fat)
1 cup of chopped spring onion (plus some for garnish - optional)
500 grams smoked salmon
Tbs butter
Black pepper
METHOD
Boil up a packet of fettuccine
In a fry pan, melt the butter. Add chopped spring onions, let them *droop*. Add chopped up smoked salmon, toss until just cooked. Add cup of cream, mix together and leave until it simmers. Add a couple of *twists* of black pepper.
Add pasta to the sauce, mix. Top with fresh spring onion as a garnish. Serve
