INGREDIENTS
6-8 sheets of Fillo pastry
3 tbs melted butter (for brushing)
250-300 g cottage cheese
1 tbs sour cream
2 tbs sugar
1 egg
1 tbs semolina/ matzo meal
1 tsp vanilla sugar/ vanilla essence
The zest of 1 lemon
50 (rum) soaked raisins (optional)
