Savoury Muffins

Salad

 INGREDIENTS 

Savoury Muffins

  • 1 cup of self raising flour

  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup of milk

  • Optional toppings: sundried tomatoes, olives, basil, fetta, roasted pumpkin, seed mix.


Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup

  • 1/2kg  of Broccoli 

  • 1/2kg of Cauliflower

  • 2 brown Onions or Leeks

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil 

  • Water

  • Stock to desired taste

  • Salt/pepper

 METHOD 

Savoury Muffins


Pre heat the oven to 180.

Grease a muffin tin very well!

Mix all the ingredients and fill the tin.

Add any toppings.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.


Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup


Sauté onions with a dash of oil.

Add cauliflower and broccoli.

Fill with water so you can see the top of the vegetables. Not too much water!

Add stock and salt/pepper to your desired taste.

Blend together once vegetables are very soft.
